Pilates Wundachair
The Pilates Wundachair is a piece of apparatus that is used within the method of Pilates to carry out an Efficient, Full Workout in a short amount of time. The Wundachair resembles a backless chair that consists of a wooden base. It is also topped by a padded seat. The Wundachair allows you to carry out exercises while sitting in an upright position. However, you can also use the Wundachair while standing on top, behind, or in front of the chair.
The idea behind the Pilates Wundachair is to provide a challenging, varied workout in a small amount of space. Alongside space, it also enables you to get a full, efficient workout in a short amount of time, without changing equipment or apparatus.

Attended one on one classes for back issue, after two sessions noticed a difference. Claire is a great instructor, very patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend her classes.

I had a hip issue which affected my core strength....Pilates with Claire has improved not only my core strength but whole body strength....Claire is a brilliant teacher who,while pushes me to do my best also knows my limitations giving me a different option best suited for me ....I would definitely recommend Claire as a pilates teacher
